After a short plenary presentation about the context of health care professionals in the 21th century and the need for clinical leadership, attendees will be invited to discuss these matters in small groups, using the following guiding questions:
- What do you personally see as the main professional dilemma’s for workers in oncology today? - What does this mean for professionals i.c. yourself and your collegues in terms of stress, coping, Quality of Life/Work? - What are the resemblances with your professional context and that of cancer survivors? - What does this mean for your personal development in terms of clinical leadership? The session will be ended by a plenary summary of problems and solutions.
